We’re flipping the foster script with a bold, community powered concept called Camp Foster - a fresh, flexible take on short-term fostering that fits real life!

It’s a 1-2 week adventure, where you bond with a great dog. A “Camp” style adventure where you’ll enjoy it as much as your new buddy.

You also get some great free goodies to help make the experience even more memorable! Your pet arrives fully outfitted with food, leash, toys, bandana, and “camper”, and as a “Camp Foster Counselor” you’ll get a signature Camp T-Shirt.

Animal Care provides the supplies, has streamlined pick-up and drop-off AND made it simple and fun to just be a buddy.

You create the outstanding out-of-shelter “Camp” experience allowing the pet’s true personality and behavior patterns to flourish leading to faster forever home placement.

EARN CAMP FOSTER BADGES! Camp Foster badges are digital achievements volunteers can earn by completing monthly rotating goals and special challenges with their foster dog. Each badge is added to the dog’s profile photo on our website to showcase their skills, progress, and personality to potential adopters.

Step 3: Once approved, our Foster team will contact you to schedule your pick up & foster pup!

Step 4: Document your Camp Foster adventure! Be sure to take lots of photos, and make notes for your ‘Postcards from Camp’ to share with potential adopters & our shelter!
