Notice:
We will not offer community cat TNR services on Thursday, June 8th. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you do not have access to a humane trap, call us at (864) 467-3951 to set up an appointment to rent a humane live trap.

We will spay or neuter community (free roaming) cats at no cost to citizens of Greenville County. As part of the Community Cats program, cats will be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and ear-tipped (the humane, universal symbol of a sterilized cat). Then you will return the cat to the location or vicinity of origin.

To find out more about our community cat diversion program, call our info line at 864.467.3981.

Community Cats are accepted for surgery with curbside check-in Monday - Thursday starting at 8am, on a first come, first serve basis. A clinic employee or volunteer will meet you outside. If you require further assistance, call our clinic at 864-467-7729.

Cats must be brought in a humane cat trap in order to participate in the Community Cat Diversion program. One cat per trap. Limit 2 cats per household per day. There are a limited number of surgeries available per day on a first come, first served basis.

Note: Please be sure you’re using humane cat traps when you bring in cats. Rodent traps look similar but are much smaller and not suitable for use with cats.
