Answer:
Contact the Public Works Division, Greenville County Square, Suite 3800 at 864.467.7016. To obtain a driveway culvert,
a person must have a building permit, mobile home permit, or a septic tank permit. Building permits/mobile home
permits/septic tank permits are issued through the Codes Enforcement Department, 864.467.7060. With a building
permit/mobile home permit, a driveway culvert can be issued with a deposit. The deposit is refunded once the home is
occupied.

Answer:
The County will not provide a driveway culvert to vacant land. However, a property owner may obtain an encroachment
permit to install the culvert at their expense. The proof of a building permit, mobile home permit, or septic tank permit
