What can a person on probation or parole do and what can they not do?

Answer:

Offenders placed on probation by the courts or paroled by the Parole Board must follow all conditions set forth by the court and the board. Contact the Department of Probation and Parole at 864.282.4540 for a list of general conditions. In addition to these conditions, the court or board may impose any other special conditions they deem appropriate.

Answer:

Parole eligibility is determined by the offense for which an offender is convicted.

Who do I call to report someone violating probation or parole?

Answer:

You should call the probation office at 864.467.8585. Give the offender's name and request to speak with the probation agent supervising the case.
