Greenville County encourages those needing to pay taxes to avoid coming inside County Square.
Citizens can pay property taxes through the mail, the internet or by using the convenient dropbox located outside the Tax Office. The County accepts credit and debit card payments on our website, online.
From now until further notice, the County will waive the online service fee provided by AutoAgent, our third-party provider.
The service fee for Hospitality Taxes, using SC.GOV, will also be waived until further notice.

Family Court records, including divorces, between 1925 and April 1996 are located at the Clerk’s Circuit Court Office at 305 E. North Street. Family Court records, including divorces, after April 1996 are located at the Family Court Office at 301 University Ridge.

Documents regarding divorce proceedings are filed at the Family Court at 301 University Ridge. Please note that the Clerk of Court and his staff are prohibited by law from providing legal advice pertaining to divorce proceedings and other legal matters. The Clerk of Court strongly recommends that you seek the advice and services of an attorney for all legal matters.
