• Security and property protection in the form of law enforcement protection.
• Street lights.
• Control litter and other health hazards along the public rights-of-way.
• Maintain and promote improvements for the entrances, exits and rights-of-way.
• Maintain and promote improvements of all the Devenger Family Center property that includes a recreational building or buildings, swimming pools, tennis courts, playground equipment, a multiuse hard surface sports court, hard surface trails, and various other landscaping.

The Commission is the governing body of this special tax district and consists of five (5) members appointed by County Council. All members of the Commission shall reside within the geographical boundaries of the special tax district.
