Greenville Transit Authority is a joint City/County/Delegation board consisting of seven (7) members who are appointed by the three legislative bodies for three (3) year terms:

• Greenville City Council: two (2) members
• Greenville County Council: two (2) members
• Greenville County Legislative Delegation: three (3) members

• Oversees the financial and operational areas.
• Adopts an annual budget.
• Approves major expenditures and service changes.
• Sets priorities and service standards.
