There will be ten minutes total allotted for speakers in favor and ten minutes allotted for speakers in opposition. Once the ten minutes is up, the time to speak has ended.

A statement of Intent for Planned Development (PD), Planned Office District (POD), Flexible Review District (FRD), and Neighborhood Commercial (NC) requests can be obtained by email. Please include the Docket Number with your request.

At subsequent meetings, Greenville County Council may approve or deny the proposed amendments as requested or approve a different zoning classification than requested.
