                Our goal is to  provide our citizens the highest quality service possible in 
				a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. This page is designed to help you find 
				information about, and access to the different E-Services available for you to submit 
				and track service requests to the county.
            
            Service Request
            
                The e-Service Request System 
				is a web-based system, which allows the general public to submit and search requests for service at any time of 
				the day or night. The View Request Status link allows users to check the status of their own requests.
            
            
                The e-Service Request System records and tracks requests for service, complaints, and 
				general inquiries received from the general public. For example, you might want to report 
				the condition of a particular road or street, a roaming dog, a noise or odor problem in 
				your neighborhood.
            
            
                Complete and submit the service request form. The County of Greenville staff will ensure that the request is forwarded to the correct 
				staff member for action and that you have a response within 7 working days.
            
            iPhone and Android Apps
            
                The County of Greenville offers a Mobile 311 application to provide an easy way for citizens 
				on the go who use an iPhone, iPad or Android device to submit service requests immediately to the County.
            
            
                iPhone and Android users can download and complete the 311 application to report a variety of 
				problems. The Mobile 311 application records and tracks requests for service, complaints, and 
				inquiries received from the general public. For example, you might want to report litter 
				in your neighborhood, potholes, traffic situations, or crimes witnessed.
            
            
                County of Greenville staff will ensure that the request is forwarded to the correct 
				person for action and that you have a response within 7 working days.
