You can access all documents recorded after 1990 and many documents recorded before 1990 from our Public Records Search.

ROD Office
You may visit our office, and our staff will assist you in obtaining copies of documents. Please know the name of the person who owns the property or the book & page of the document. Our office is located in Suite 1300 of Greenville County Square; normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.

You may call our records department (864-467-4629) and request copies of documents. Please know the book & page number of the document you need. You may pay for the documents by credit card (please be aware that we add a 3% surcharge for credit cards).
