Where can I obtain a copy of a will?

Answer:

All estates are public record and anyone may see an estate file or obtain copies from the Probate Court, Estate Division.

When do you file a will?

Answer:

Wills are filed with the Probate Court within 30 days after death. A will can be filed by anyone who has possession of such document. There is a filing fee at the time of filing the will.
