We choose to be an open admissions facility because we recognize that helping animals involves more than just saving their lives. We aid orphaned and unwanted pets by first providing them with a safe alternative to being turned out or left behind. We offer them good food, clean water, and a safe and dry place to sleep. For many animals that enter our doors, this will be the first time that they have experienced these small luxuries.

Animal Services also includes foster care opportunities when a shelter pet needs a little extra TLC, and rescue services when adoption opportunities have failed.
