To hear a broad range of non-jury civil lawsuits with a high degree of efficiency
and professionalism.
Summary of Services
Services of the Master in Equity's Office include hearing cases referred or transferred
by consent of attorneys or by Order of the Chief Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court;
scheduling pre-trial conferences and hearing pre-trial motions; researching applicable law,
issuing written Orders, advertising foreclosure properties, coordinating and performing
the monthly Master's Sale, handling all post-trial motions, and coordinating and
implementing any and all administrative matters necessary to the proper function of the office.

Foreclosure Sales
Sales are usually the first Monday of each month at 11:00 A.M. held in Courtroom 5, Third Floor,
County Courthouse, Judicial Wing. When the first Monday is a legal holiday, then the sale will be
the next day, Tuesday.
Public Notices are published in The Greenville News classified ads section and published for three (3) Friday's prior to the sale.
