This is a list of the book and page numbers for many restrictions prior to 1990. The list is not warranted by the Register of Deeds Office as it is not complete and may contain errors. To obtain copies of the restrictions or to search the complete index, use the Pre-1990 Public Records Search.

After 1990 - Search the Online Index

In the new window that opens, click “Search Real Estate Index,” type the subdivision name in the “Party Name” box, and click “Search.”
