Application

You may download an application for homeownership here in either English or Spanish.  You may then:

print it from your computer, fill it out, and fax it to (864) 232-9946*; print it, fill it out, and mail it; or print it, fill it out, and bring it in person.

Please be sure to include cash, check, or money order for the $10.00 application fee.

*Please note - if you fax an application, it will be held until the $10.00 application fee is received.

To download the application or home list to your computer, right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As...", and then save it to your hard drive.
