Memorandum Polices for Greenville County Court of Common Pleas
Motions filed and scheduled before the following Judges have certain requirements that must be followed. It is the filing partys responsibility to notify all opposing parties of these requirements. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of your motion. All Judges require that a paper copy of all briefs and/or memorandums be delivered directly to them and the original should be filed with the Clerk of Court. The moving attorney is responsible for notifying opposing counsel of this requirement. The time requirements are listed as follows:
