He provides bilingual housing counseling and fair housing mediation. He develops and implements bilingual programs for the Hispanic community.

He specifically plans and conducts bilingual training activities on FHIP-homeownership programs (speakers).

Giovanni is also responsible for housing counseling services primarily to persons earning less than 80% of area median income or elderly. Areas of service include: homelessness, renting, relocation, buying a home, pre-purchase, defaults, foreclosures, credit issues, predatory loans, and employment counseling.
