The Key Homeownership Program held a Homebuyers Class February 6th - 9th, 2006 where nine of the attendees graduated, certifying them to be considered for assistance in the purchase of new housing built and sold to qualified new home owners by the City of Greenville through their Community Development Department.

The agenda for the class shows the subject matter covered and demonstrates the effort put into it by Human Relations staff. It also shows the effort put forth by the students in order to complete the course.

A Hispanic flyer was created for the first time in an attempt to interest qualified applicants in the local communities.
