Call processing in 1976
There was a red telephone with a direct line to a Southern Bell operator. We received only a few calls on this line a week, but they were always critical.

All calls were recorded on log sheets, and we dispatched 3 ALS ambulances and 5 convalescent ambulances using a small Motorola radio.
