When EMS was established there was no public education about communications. Most citizens only know to call EMS by dialing У0Ф for a Bell South operator.

We use display boards, PowerPoint presentations and written materials to educate the public.

Dispatchers attend monthly training to maintain their EMT, EMD, EFD and CPR certifications.

These courses are taught by our training department that has more than 40 years of experience in medicine and communications.
