Finance Committee

As specified in the Council Rules, the following issues fall under the domain of the Finance Committee:

Taxation and assessment
Appropriations and expenditures of which Greenville County has oversight
Collection, receipt, allocation, and disbursement of county funds from whatever source derived
Acquisition, leasing, and disposition of real and personal property, materials, supplies and equipment
Budgeting and accounting methods and procedures
Capital Improvement Programming and Financing
Bonds and other indebtedness
Purchasing policies and procedures
