The Clerk of Court’s office does not schedule court dates for General Sessions court. The Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor is the local prosecuting attorney and is responsible for setting criminal court dates. His office will notify you by mail as to the time and place of your court appearance, so it is extremely important that you notify the Solicitor’s office of any changes in your address.
