Blank statement of economic interest and campaign disclosure forms are available in the Office of the Clerk of Court. Completed forms are filed with the State Ethics Commission and copies are subsequently filed with the Clerk of Court by the Ethics Commission. Election results are also filed in the ClerkТs Office. The information is available to the public and may be copied for the fee of 25в per page.
