Continuances for Cases Set on Court Rosters
Jury Trial Roster:

For continuance requests for a Common Pleas Jury Trial, please email Lyndall Coker, Jury Trial Coordinator, lcoker@greenvillecounty.org. Your request should not be e-filed. Your email must have the detailed reason(s) for the request, whether the request is with consent, the approximate time frame of where you feel the case needs to be continued and you must copy all attorneys of record and self-representing parties. If the request is not with consent, the Chief Administrative Judge requires a response from the opposing party or parties before a decision is made. After the request and response have been reviewed, you will receive an email from the coordinator with the decision.

Non-Jury Trial Roster:
